EMPLOYER CAREER FAIR INFO AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When do your events start / finish?
The majority of our career fairs event will typically run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 or 1:30 PM (or thereabouts).
How do I register for an event?

What is the deadline to purchase a booth?
We recommend that exhibitors register at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event date in order to take full advantage of the booth package offerings and full term advertising.
What time can Employers start setting up their booths?
We recommend that employers set up approximately 30 minutes to1 hour prior to the event start time.
What time can Employers start breaking down their booths?
Exhibitors should start breaking down their booth as soon as the event is over. It's not advised to begin to break down before true event "finish', as jobseekers that may have just arrived to see you, can be sometimes missed
Is parking included?
Most venues we use do offer free parking.
Is an Internet Connection Provided?
*Most of the time, they are. You can always call or write us and ask to be sure, as every venue is different. If not, we suggest you look to find a smartphone with a "Hotspot"; many carriers support the new Personal Hotspot feature, which allow owners to use their smartphone to create a personal Wi-Fi hotspot.
What are your refund and cancellation policies?
We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend an event you have signed up for, we can offer you another event in exchange as long as we receive 30 days' notice.
Cancellations must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this deadline will be subject to our "no show" policy.
